PMQ's

God this is sickening. I have to leave for work in five minutes so I won't have to see that despicable, horrible man who is apparently our Prime Minister act like a complete weasel for much longer. I still cannot believe that he is blaming the fact Labour cannot follow party funding rules on the fact that Tories won't cave in to their demands on new party funding laws.

And now he's weaselling around the fact he only has a part time defence secretary when the troops are fighting two wars. Don't even et me started on Michael Martin.

Grrrr - thank goodness my first task at work this afternoon is to decorate the Christmas tree. That should cheer me up.

Maybe you could put a picture of Gordon Brown on all the Xmas tree candles, so that they slowly melt away as we reach the end of 2007...

Caroline, Hi.
Whilst I share a little of your distaste for GB, I don't think "weasel" is correct or apposite. May I suggest "rabbit in headlight" as you're so fond of cliche.
I disagree with your premise that the tories have to "cave in" on "demands" - are you sure you really want to follow that path? Beware, here be monsters.
And finally, I wish I had a job where my "first task at work this afternoon" (!) was to do a f****** tree. Sounds like a hard life you've got.
All the best.

How did your PGCE interview go?

It's weird - somehow I didn't get emails about these comments. Anyway - Phil, it's not for another week and a half. Sorry for lack of posting, christmas do's every night and work every day are making blogging very hard.

Scotch - I maintain that you are weird and responding to you is a fruitless task (there's another cliche for you).

Womble - I shall be over your blog in a minute. Thank you for the compliment!

You just can't leave the phallic stuff alone can you?

Oh, just another point, regardless of what you "maintain", about me -
You have got the rights to use that image
